While employed with P2S, Inc.
Design planning and construction manager on various projects ranging from $500k-$2M; worked with campus architect to manage design consultants to extend bike path on campus; coordinated design planning for upgrading railing project on building for compliance; managed the design and ordering for new athletic scoreboard at Blair field; refresh of the Administration courtyard space with campus architect; design and construction planning for office suite renovation for the VP of Student Affair; coordinate design and requirements for airlift to place two new clamshells for Science building.
Johns Hopkins University
- Oversight of all FF&E, including the construction infrastructure requirements, furniture, desktop and server room equipment, audiovisual systems, and specialty equipment from the robotics laboratory, such as vibration table and delicate robotics prototypes; design and logistical coordination with JHU departments and construction project team regarding requirements, schedule, deliveries and install of FF&E and specialty equipment
- Developed temporary space during the $60M renovations at The Peabody Institute; managed all FF&E and moves of offices, classrooms, practice rooms, a music library, and archive items. Facilitated specialized clean-up after construction damage to the historic Peabody Library
MiraCosta Community College while employed by Element Consulting, Inc.
- Program project engineer on a $450M bond program for MiraCosta Community College
- Developed scope packages, schedules and budgets for consultants, general contractors and others to handle various aspects of the campus program and design
- Lead project manager for developing the criteria programming for Design/Build projects which include a new Allied Health, Chem/Bio, Student Services and Gymnasium buildings
- Design project manager for the renovation of the Administration building and the required temporary swing space facilities; developed FF&E budgets and strategies for both projects to stay within the program budgets
Palomar Community College
Transition Planning Manager for Athletics Softball Field, Football Field and support building projects.
- Softball field equipment, additional stadium requirements such as padding on top of fence, outfield poles, screenings at all fencing, rubber floor in dugouts; design of temporary cubbies for football players until new locker room completed; work coaches and athletics director on branding on equipment, screens throughout the complex and other signage.
