Department of Commerce/Bureau of Economic Analysis
- Hired as a facility-planning consultant to evaluate headcount growth and to develop space-planning assignments for each division to support their expansion
- Developed an 18-month plan for the cyclical renovation of a 100k square foot government office, working around critical publication release dates and high-level security lock–up periods, each phase of the project completed on time and under budget
- Organized and managed the team of telecom, facilities, network, construction, landlord and moving companies to shift staff into swing space, renovate each floor and return staff to their future permanent space
Defense Information Services Agency (DISA)
- Move planning sub-contractor with NMR Consulting relocating 4,800 people for the National Capital Region to Fort Meade.
- Developed staffing requirements and estimates for the 28-phase project and managed each move
- Move planner for a 65k square foot secure government data center.
- Developed procedures and protocol for the transport of server equipment, developed move plans, and addressed insurance and downtime issues for the 13-phase multi-million-dollar relocation
National Oceanic & Atmospheric Agency (NOAA)
- In partnership with MSI Universal, developed office and workstation numbering plan and signage program for a 4-story facility on the College Park , Md Campus
