  • Developed thorough documentation and sequencing for move required for government approval and accreditation

  • Designed, built and relocated start-up technology-based company, budget $1.5 million, 100 employees into 18k square feet

Constellation Energy/Baltimore Gas & Electric

  • Hired as relocation project manager with Himes Associates, for a 260k square foot headquarter renovation for the local utility headquarters project with complex schedules and tight deadlines
  • Managed the furniture, finishes and moves of critical departments for BG&E, as well as clean up and turn-over of the old facility

Copy World, Inc.

  • Managed the move of two facilities into one 18k square feet of office and warehouse space
  • Developed policies and procedures for operations in the new facility
  • Researched employee concerns moving to new location and presented employees with a thorough study of dining options, day care, health clubs, banks, commuting options and travel times

  • Partnered with Information Systems/Technology team to manage their needs to support critical system upgrades which occurred simultaneously with the move of the business to its new facility

  • Assisted a government contractor in the programming, space planning, design and build-out for their 13k square foot office in Tysons, Va; duties also included purchasing artwork and accessories to complete the space

Solipsis Corporation

  • Provided construction and relocation management for a defense satellite provider assuming another company’s tenant improvements with an aggressive 120-day move-in schedule
  • Assisted in the negotiating and estimating of furnishing left at old facility for sub-lease tenant’s use

Susquehanna Bank

  • Managed construction, technology and move for two high-end bank headquarters facilities, budgets ranging $3-4 million
  • Facility and project manager for numerous branch renovations from Western, MD to Ocean City, Md; budgets ranging from $200k-700k
  • Negotiated removal requirements and managed the clean-up and turnover of old bank headquarter office and branch; removal of bank vault and other specialty business fixtures

Sylvan Learning Systems

  • Provided space planning and design support for a company that grew from 180 to over 1500 employees in less than 4 years.  Projects for Sylvan included:
  • Headquarters move, budget approximately $4.1 million, 180 employees, 50k square feet
  • Expansion of headquarters space to 105k square feet within the first year
  • Designed and managed construction project for a 15k square foot, 200+ seat call center, in Woodlawn, MD; Woodlawn growth expanded over two years to approximately 30k square fee
  • Relocated and expanded Sylvan’s logistics operation, budget $1.6 million
  • Designed and built swing space at Meadowmill Md. consisting of a total of six suites over a two-year period

  • Provide construction and relocation management for a 30k square foot third party insurance processing facility
  • Placed part-time facility coordinator on site with client for 2 years
