
Eileen White brings over 30 years of facility planning, design and transition management to a variety of learning environments, commercial, residential, government and non-profits facility related projects.
Eileen’s attention to detail while focusing on the big picture uniquely positions her project teams to excel by controlling costs, managing project schedules, and maintaining timely collaboration among the various professionals involved with the project.
Her facility planning and operations experience provides support to her clients in developing operating procedures, staffing and operational budgeting to function and maintain the new spaces after close-out and occupancy.
Eileen’s project management skills allow her to collaborate on multiple, simultaneous activities while maintaining focus on the details of a project. Primary project tasks begin with strategic planning and continue through project close-out. Tasks include project planning, scheduling and sequencing of critical milestones, maintaining project budgets and scopes of work, reviewing contracts, invoice approvals, coordinating weekly team meetings with ownership, designers, engineers and general contractor. In addition, EWC provides assistance to owners in change management discussions with their staff regarding the new space.
Eileen holds a BA in Paralegal Studies from Villa Julie College in Maryland and Professional Project Management Certification from the Project Management Institute.
