Our Story
EWC Transition Planning & Management was founded in 1994 as a sole proprietorship facility planning and move management consultant in the Baltimore/Washington area. Since then, we have evolved into a limited liability corporation, expanding our services and reaching new heights in facility transition planning and management.
Eileen White relocated from the east coast to the west coast in 2017, settling in Oceanside, California. During this time, Eileen White worked as an employee with local project management firms on higher-education community college bond assignments. After six years in Southern California, she decided to reestablish her transition management firm to return to what she knows and loves.
